Do I need to be home when you clean?
Nope. As long as we can reach your bins, we'll take it from there. You'll get a text when they're spotless.
Do the bins need to be empty?
Not required. We do try to schedule close to your pickup day, when bins are nearly empty — it's easier for everyone and gives the best result. If there's a lot in a bin when we arrive, we'll clean what we can reach and let you know.
What exactly do you clean?
The full bin, inside and out: floor, walls, lid, handles, and wheels. High-pressure washing strips grime and grease, a sanitizing rinse handles what you can't see, and an eco-friendly deodorizer leaves it fresh.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products, and the deodorizing treatment we finish with is family- and pet-safe.
How long does a cleaning take?
A few minutes per bin. Most homes are done in under ten minutes, start to finish.
What does it cost?
Monthly service is $15 per bin per month after a $30/bin First Clean, quarterly visits are $25 per bin, and a one-time deep clean is $30 for one bin or $50 for two. Your First Clean is $10 off on any plan. See
pricing for details.
Why does the monthly plan start with a $30 First Clean?
A bin that hasn't been professionally cleaned takes a lot more time and product than one we maintain every month — caked-on grime, dried residue, the works. So the first visit is a full deep restore at the one-time rate, and every visit after that is the $15 maintenance rate. The $10-off offer applies to that First Clean, too.
Am I locked into a contract?
Never. Pause or cancel anytime with a call or a text. We keep customers with clean bins, not paperwork.
What if it rains? What about winter?
Rain's no problem — we clean in most weather. Minnesota winters are another story: residential service typically pauses for the winter months and starts back up in spring. We'll always let you know before a seasonal pause.
Do you clean commercial dumpsters?
Not yet — right now we're focused on doing residential carts really well. If you have a business or multi-unit property in mind, reach out and we'll let you know when commercial service launches.
What areas do you serve?
The Minneapolis metro: Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Edina, Minnetonka, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Eagan, and surrounding communities. If you're nearby but not listed, call — routes grow every month.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the bin free. If it's not spotless, it's not finished.
